Documentation for the Home Page
This page describes all the features and functions that can be performed in the Home Page of the user app.
Overview
The Home Page is a card and button-based layout. Each card has it's own function. The function of each of the cards is listed on this page.
At the top of the Home Page, you can find some text and an image card that changes with time. This section is meant for providing information to all the users in real-time scenarios. This includes important notifications about the app, new releases, and other relevant information that might be useful during the time of viewing.
Report to Municipality
This button is the heart of the Impilo App. This button allows you to notify the municipality of your city(if supported, first check all the supported cities).
This feature allows you to notify the municipality of the area in your locality about garbage/pests/stagnant water/dead animals.
You will have to select the type of report, the location of the affected area along with an image of the affected place. After you submit the report, it's details are saved at the server and an email is notified to the management of the municipality of your area. Also, the report will be visible to the municipality of the concerned district.
This way, you will contribute to the betterment of the environment.
Please note that it is up to the municipality to honor your report. Reports can be spam or irrelevant to the context. For maintaining this disorder, reports can be marked unuseful which may lead to a decrease in your monthly points. Read the Leader Board page for more information regarding this.
